These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Minisol (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of our mobile applications and services (the “Apps”). This single set of Terms applies across all Minisol Apps; some features may not be present in every App.
By downloading, accessing, or using any App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Apple iOS users: For Apps obtained from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that your use is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA:

1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Apps. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have your parent/guardian’s consent.
2) License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control and solely for your personal, non-commercial use (unless an App expressly allows commercial use).
3) User accounts & content
Some Apps may allow or require an account or may enable you to submit content (e.g., images, text, other media).
Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activities under your account.
Your content: You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and create derivative works solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the App and its features (including backups and content moderation).
Prohibited content: Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates privacy or the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law);
Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers;
Circumvent access controls, entitlements, or subscription mechanisms;
Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or to infringe rights;
Use automated means to access or scrape the Apps without permission.
5) In-app purchases, subscriptions, and trials
Processing: On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment method details.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage your entitlements.
Auto-renewal: Subscription products (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Management & cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Refunds: Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple subject to Apple’s policies.
6) Intellectual property
All rights in the Apps (including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.
7) Third-party services & links
Certain features may rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, cloud processing, platform storefronts). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8) Privacy
Your use of the Apps is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data. Please review it carefully: https://www.minisol.co/privacy .
9) Disclaimers
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MINISOL OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minisol and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Apps.
12) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Apple EULA, or applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
13) Changes to the Apps and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide notice in-App. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Republic of Türkiye] without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may also benefit from the mandatory provisions of your local law.
Venue: The courts of [Istanbul, Türkiye] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
15) Export & sanctions compliance
You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and not to use or distribute the App in violation of such laws.
